Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking & Corporate, Chicago

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago finance and corporate team. The role will focus on high-value finance and corporate transactions with an emphasis on asset and investment management matters.

This is a rainmaking role: the firm is looking for an experienced partner who will develop business, lead teams on complex deals, and help grow a market-leading practice in the region. The successful candidate will join a deep, interdisciplinary team and work on matters for domestic and international institutional clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in finance and corporate transactions, ideally with asset/investment management experience
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead deal teams, mentor senior associates, and contribute to practice growth
