The role will combine client origination, deal leadership and management of cross‑disciplinary teams on matters for asset- and investment‑management clients.
The successful candidate will take a visible market-facing role, support business development across banking, fund and investment structures, and mentor mid‑level lawyers. This is a partner-level opportunity with scope to shape the practice and grow a dedicated client base in the region.
- Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
- Proven partner‑level track record in finance/banking and corporate transactions, with experience advising asset/investment managers
- Established client relationships and demonstrable origination skills
- Strong team leadership and mentoring experience; fluent English and German
