Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking & Corporate — London

Experienced partner-level hire sought to lead and grow a finance and corporate practice in the firm's London office. The role will focus on originating and managing complex cross-border financing and corporate matters, with particular strength in fund formation, private equity and asset management work.

The postholder will lead client relationships, mentor senior associates and collaborate with other international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a commercially focused role with a strong emphasis on business development and team leadership.

• Proven partner-level track record in finance and corporate transactions
• Demonstrable experience with fund formation, private equity and asset management matters
