Senior partner opportunity in a major New York office for an attorney with a cross-practice focus on finance, IP litigation (particularly patents), and antitrust matters. The role will support and grow a market-facing practice that serves private equity, life sciences, technology and energy clients.

The hire will join a collaborative team handling both complex patent litigation and antitrust disputes tied to transactional and post-transaction matters, as well as finance-related work. The firm seeks a partner who can develop client relationships, originate new work and contribute to business development across these practices.

Established partner-level litigation and transactional experience across patent, antitrust and finance matters
Strong business development and client-management record targeting private equity, life sciences, technology or energy clients
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to become admitted) and willingness to work in-office in New York
