Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Muscat

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance & banking practice in Muscat with a well-established regional legal platform. The role will involve originating and managing corporate lending, project finance and banking transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on cross-border and domestic financings, and developing long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on leadership role within the office, mentoring senior associates, coordinating with colleagues across the region, and helping expand the practice’s market presence.

• Established, portable client base from international or regional mandates
• Significant partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Proven track record of originating and leading cross-border financings
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
