The successful candidate will join an active team, handle high‑value transactions, supervise associates, and help grow client relationships across the United States. This is a visible partner role with broad cross‑practice collaboration.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (syndicated loans, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or similar)
- Track record of originating and closing deals and of developing client relationships
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admission to the New York bar or eligible to practice in New York
