Senior partner hire to lead and expand a finance-focused practice in Philadelphia, with particular emphasis on asset and investment management transactions. The role will involve originating and managing high-value client relationships, advising on complex fund and investment structures, and guiding deal execution from pitch through closing.

The team works across corporate and finance matters for institutional clients, fund managers, and sponsors. The successful candidate will join an established platform and will have significant autonomy to grow a client base and shape the local practice.

This is a front-facing, rainmaking position: strong business development skills, a track record of leading transactions, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers are essential.
