Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Pittsburgh

Senior banking and finance partner role in the firm's Pittsburgh office, focused on general banking and finance work. The role will lead matters, develop client relationships and expand the practice's footprint locally and regionally.

Partner will collaborate with deal teams across offices on cross-practice matters, mentor junior lawyers, and be responsible for originating and handling sophisticated financing transactions for corporate and financial institution clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in banking and finance transactions at partner level
• Proven origination ability and client relationship management
• Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers; active bar admission
