Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a market-facing Finance & Banking practice. The role is open to candidates based in Sacramento and on a location-agnostic basis; it will involve originating and managing complex lending and structured finance matters across U.S. clients.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and be expected to build client relationships, mentor senior associates, and drive business development. Evaluation will consider both current practice and demonstrable origination ability.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in finance and banking transactions, with significant partner-level experience
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
Experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
