Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Sacramento

Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a market-facing Finance & Banking practice. The role is open to candidates based in Sacramento and on a location-agnostic basis; it will involve originating and managing complex lending and structured finance matters across U.S. clients.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and be expected to build client relationships, mentor senior associates, and drive business development. Evaluation will consider both current practice and demonstrable origination ability.

• Established track record in finance and banking transactions, with significant partner-level experience
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
