Lateral Partner — Finance & Capital Markets, Hamburg

Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow a capital markets finance practice in the firm's Hamburg office. The role focuses on advising corporate and financial institution clients on equity and debt capital markets transactions, regulatory matters and cross-border financings.

The successful candidate will be a rainmaker and team leader, responsible for originating business, managing client relationships and supervising complex transactions across German and international markets. This is a partner role with significant responsibility for practice development and client portfolio management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive partner-level experience in capital markets and financing transactions
• Proven record of originating and managing high-value client work
• Admitted/legal qualification in Germany or equivalent EU qualification; fluency in German and English
