Lateral Partner, Finance & Corporate — Austin

Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in Austin. The role focuses on advising asset managers and investment-management clients on complex fund and capital markets work across U.S. and cross-border matters.

The team offers a platform for partners who originate and lead transactions, work closely with senior deal teams, and build a book of institutional clients. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume practice with significant institutional client exposure.

• Proven partner-level experience in finance, fund formation or investment-management matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills
