Lateral Partner, Finance & Corporate — Indianapolis

Senior finance and corporate partner role in an established national firm office seeking an experienced practitioner to lead and grow work in investment and asset management finance. The role focuses on originating and executing financing and corporate transactions, managing client relationships, and supervising associates.

Successful candidates will combine deep sector knowledge (investment/asset management), a proven track record of business development, and hands-on deal experience. The team advises institutional and private clients on fund-related financings, acquisitions and related corporate matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with emphasis on investment/asset management matters
• Proven business development and client origination skills
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers; active bar admission
