Lateral Partner, Finance & Corporate — Muscat

Partner-level opportunity to lead and grow the finance and corporate offering in Muscat within a well-established international law practice. The role will focus on advising on complex finance and corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on asset management and investment management work across Oman and the wider Gulf region.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role in the office, driving client relationships, developing business, and mentoring junior lawyers. The role involves cross-border transactions and coordination with regional and international teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with proven work in asset and investment management
• Demonstrable track record of business development and client relationship leadership in Oman/GCC or relevant markets
• Experience leading teams and collaborating on cross-border matters with international firms
