Lateral Partner Finance & Energy - Washington, D.C.

Well-established national practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. finance team focusing on energy and renewable project finance. The role will handle complex project financings, structured finance transactions, and related commercial work for clients across the power and clean energy sectors.

The successful candidate will split time between leading transactions, advising on deal structure and risk allocation, and originating new client opportunities. This is a senior role with responsibility for supervising junior lawyers and helping shape the team s strategic growth in the renewable energy market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive project finance and structured finance experience, particularly in renewable energy transactions
• Proven origination and client-management record; ability to lead deals and manage teams
• Admitted to practice in D.C. or able to obtain admission
