Lateral Partner — Finance, IP & Litigation (Orlando)

Seeking a senior transactional and litigation partner to lead and grow a cross-practice team focused on finance (including leveraged and structured finance) and patent litigation matters. The role combines origination, client relationship management and hands-on matter work across complex finance and intellectual property disputes.

Based in Orlando, the position offers a platform to expand an established practice, mentor junior lawyers and work on high-value matters with national and international reach. The hiring team is looking for a visible rainmaker who can integrate into an experienced, collaborative group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in leveraged/structured finance and patent litigation
• Strong origination and client-management skills; proven ability to build and lead teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
