The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team handling public and private capital markets matters, working with senior deal teams across the U.S. The position offers significant client development responsibility and a platform to expand an existing book of business.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in securities and capital markets or leveraged finance transactions
Strong client origination and relationship-management track record
Admissions and eligibility to practice in New York preferred
