Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its Chicago healthcare team focused on compliance, regulatory advice, and transactional matters for health care and life sciences clients. The role will advise on regulatory strategy, licensing, reimbursement, corporate transactions with regulatory overlays, and ongoing compliance programs.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary practice that works closely with corporate, regulatory, and transactional lawyers to deliver integrated solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for developing client relationships and growing the practice in the Midwest.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance work, including transactional support for health care or life sciences clients
Bar admission in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and a track record of originating and managing client engagements
Strong client development skills and experience working collaboratively across practice teams
