Lateral Partner — Healthcare, IP Litigation — Austin

Established litigation partner sought to join a large U.S. law firm’s Austin office to lead matters at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and intellectual property. The role will focus on IP-enabled litigation and counseling for clients in regulated health and life‑science industries.

The team handles contested IP disputes, enforcement and defense strategies, and strategic counseling tied to healthcare and life‑science commercial issues. The hire will be a visible practice leader with responsibility for originating work, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating across national practice groups.
