- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in IP litigation, ideally with healthcare or life‑sciences matters
- Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
- Strong trial and appellate advocacy skills and experience managing teams on complex disputes
- Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive/transfer
