Lateral Partner — Healthcare & IP Litigation — Dallas

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a Healthcare and Intellectual Property litigation practice from the Dallas office of a national law firm. The role focuses on IP disputes arising in life sciences and healthcare, counseling clients on enforcement and defense strategy, and handling complex, bet‑the‑company litigation.

The team combines deep technical and industry knowledge with active business development; the partner will supervise associates, work closely with in‑house counsel, and play a visible role in expanding the practice regionally and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in IP litigation, ideally with life sciences/healthcare matters
• Proven trial and motion practice, including managing complex multi-party disputes
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts
