Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Life Sciences — Chicago

Senior partner opportunity within a prominent national healthcare and life sciences practice based in Chicago. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, leading deal teams and growing a market-facing practice.

The team advises hospitals, health systems, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and other healthcare stakeholders on regulatory strategy, enforcement defense, transactional work and policy matters. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and a chance to shape practice strategy in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of partner-level client origination and relationship management in healthcare or life sciences
• Extensive experience with healthcare regulatory, compliance and transactional matters
• Ability to lead teams, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development
