Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation, Austin

Senior litigation partner opportunity to lead and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences litigation capability in the firm's Austin office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex healthcare disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and related litigation across state and federal courts.

You will run major matters, supervise and mentor associates, work closely with cross‑practice teams on client strategy, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management for healthcare and life‑sciences clients.

• Significant trial and litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters
• Proven record of originating and developing client relationships and leading matters
• Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams
• Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and active courtroom experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
