Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Litigation, Minneapolis

Senior litigation partner opportunity in a busy Minneapolis practice focused on healthcare and life sciences disputes. The role will lead complex defense and enforcement matters, manage trial-ready teams, and advise clients on risk mitigation within regulated industries.

The partner will be expected to grow client relationships, win new work through targeted business development, and mentor associates across litigation and healthcare-focused matters. Strong courtroom presence and experience managing high-stakes litigation are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters
• Proven business development track record and client relationship management
• Experience supervising teams and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation
• Admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to qualify)
