Experienced healthcare transactions partner sought to lead and grow a national healthcare M&A practice within a global firm. The role focuses on advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups and healthcare-related buyers and sellers on complex acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Ideal candidates will bring deep sector knowledge in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, strong client relationships, and a track record of originating and leading significant deals. The team advises across the full deal lifecycle, including diligence, regulatory clearance, and post-closing integration.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in healthcare M&A and related regulatory issues
  • Proven record of originating and closing complex transactions and managing cross-functional deal teams
  • Strong client relationships and business-development capability
  • Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
