Lateral Partner, Healthcare Transactions — Los Angeles

Seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and expand a healthcare transactions practice in the Los Angeles market. The role will focus on advising health systems, providers, payors and investors on transactional matters, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and related regulatory considerations.

The team handles a broad range of healthcare matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and negotiated commercial arrangements. The successful candidate will combine deep sector expertise with a proven ability to originate and close complex transactions.

• Proven track record in healthcare transactions (M&A, joint ventures, strategic collaborations)
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Admission to the relevant state bar and significant partner-level experience
