Leading national practice is seeking a self-sufficient partner to build and lead provider-side healthcare transactional and regulatory work across multiple U.S. markets. The role combines deal execution with regulatory counseling and operational support for hospitals, health systems and other care providers.

The partner will advise on provider regulatory matters (including Stark/AKS and FCA risk), HIPAA/privacy, facility transactions and operational/compliance issues for acute care, long‑term care, ASCs, CCRCs and behavioral health providers. Opportunity to develop cross-office business and mentor junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience advising provider-side healthcare clients on transactional and regulatory matters
Deep familiarity with Stark/Anti‑Kickback, False Claims Act exposure, HIPAA/privacy and state healthcare regulatory regimes
Experience with hospital/health system, long‑term care, CCRC, ASC or behavioral health clients
Ability to originate and grow business and lead cross-office teams
