Lateral Partner, Healthcare Transactions — Silicon Valley

Established, national law firm seeks a senior partner to lead and expand its healthcare transactions practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on high-value healthcare M&A, joint ventures, and strategic commercial transactions for hospitals, health systems, and healthcare companies.

The successful candidate will run client relationships, originate new work, mentor associates, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex, regulated matters. This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant business-development expectations.
