Lateral Partner, Infrastructure M&A — London

Leading global law firm is looking to add a partner to its Infrastructure M&A team in London. The role will focus on leading high-value infrastructure and project M&A transactions for sponsor, project company and private capital clients across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will originate and lead complex deals, manage and develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers within a busy, multi-disciplinary team. This is a visible role with responsibility for business development and practice growth in the London market.

• Proven track record advising on infrastructure-related M&A and project transactions
• Demonstrable origination and client-management skills
• Experience leading teams on cross-border deals and mentoring associates
