We are supporting a highly regarded international platform in the recruitment of a lateral partner to join its London-based corporate practice, with a focus on infrastructure M&A.

The role sits within a market-leading transactional team that advises sponsors, infrastructure funds, and corporates on complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and expand the firm's infrastructure M&A offering, driving client development and contributing to the strategic growth of the broader corporate practice. This is a genuine partner-level opportunity with a clear path to leadership within the group.

• A current partner or equivalent senior-level practitioner with a strong track record in infrastructure M&A
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-border transactions for sponsors and corporate clients
• A portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
