Senior insolvency and restructuring partner opportunity with a well-established national practice group. The hire would play a primary role in growing the Montreal offering, taking on matter leadership and contributing to the group’s cross‑Canada platform.

This would be an opportunistic, culture‑first addition: the group seeks someone who can integrate with a collaborative finder–minder–grinder model and help expand origination and execution capacity. Local buy‑in from the Montreal market is important.

There are no immediate, fixed openings; the group will consider strong, growth‑accretive candidates who present a clear runway and a projectable growth plan.

10–14 years' post‑qualification experience in insolvency/restructuring
Proven experience leading complex restructurings and insolvency matters across creditor and debtor sides
Demonstrable origination ability and a strategic growth plan to build the Montreal practice
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; comfortable in a finder–minder–grinder environment
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
