Lateral Partner, Insolvency & Restructuring — New York

Senior partner hire to lead creditor-side insolvency and restructuring work from the New York office. The role focuses on high-value restructurings and contested insolvency matters within the insurance and financial services sector.

The successful candidate will manage and develop a team, take primary ownership of creditor-side engagements, and drive business development across complex chapter 11, workouts, and related contested proceedings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience advising creditors in complex insolvency and restructuring matters, with demonstrable creditor-side wins.
• Strong track record of originating and expanding client relationships.
• Admission to practice in New York (or ability to become admitted promptly).
