Lateral Partner, Insurance Litigation — Houston

Leading regional litigation team seeks an experienced insurance coverage partner to join its Houston office. The role focuses on representing policyholders in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The successful candidate will handle high-stakes coverage litigation, guide clients through complex coverage disputes, and work closely with litigators and transactional teams to manage risk. Opportunity to build and lead client relationships and grow a policyholder-focused practice.

• Lateral Partner level with established insurance coverage litigation experience
• Proven track record representing policyholders in disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience managing teams
• Business development ability and client relationship management
• Bar admission in Texas (or ability to gain admission)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
