Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate — Research Triangle Park

Established law firm seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Intellectual Property and Corporate practices from the Research Triangle Park office. The role will focus on patent/IP litigation and transactional corporate work, with opportunities to collaborate across related practice groups.

The team prioritizes partners who can originate and develop client relationships and who are experienced handling high-value IP disputes and corporate transactions. The firm supports cross-office collaboration and is open to candidates who want to build or expand a portable practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent/IP litigation and corporate transactional work
• Track record of client origination and business development
• Ability to collaborate across offices and develop a portable practice
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to qualify
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
