Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Florham Park

Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Florham Park office to build and lead patent litigation matters within the Intellectual Property practice. The role will focus on handling high-stakes patent litigation, managing trial preparation, and developing contentious IP strategy across complex technologies.

The partner will supervise associates, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and play a central role in new business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to join an established IP litigation platform and expand a portable client base in the New Jersey market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation, including motion practice and trial experience
• Proven origination and client-development ability
• Experience leading teams and mentoring associates on complex litigations
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and active bar standing
