Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Houston

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Intellectual Property practice in Houston focused on patent litigation and prosecution. The role will handle complex patent disputes, manage outside counsel relationships, and advise sophisticated technology and life-sciences clients.

The partner will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships, supervise and mentor associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups on IP strategy and enforcement matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established background in patent litigation and patent prosecution
• Proven track record of client development and relationship management
• Experience supervising teams and handling high‑stakes courtroom matters
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
