Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation — Houston

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established intellectual property and litigation practice from the firm's Houston office. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation work, with opportunities to collaborate across corporate and mass-torts teams and to support growth in regional offices.

The firm is prioritizing candidates with a strong portable client base who can develop business and mentor junior lawyers. Compensation and equity arrangements are flexible and will be tailored to the candidate's contribution and book of business.

• Portable book of business of 850k+ (USD)
• Extensive experience handling patent and IP litigation matters, including trial or contested proceedings
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for a senior partner role
