Ideal for a partner with a proven record of litigation wins, client development, and team leadership who can take ownership of matters and help grow the practice’s West Coast presence.

• Significant partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent and trademark disputes
• Proven trial or dispositive motion experience and ability to supervise associates
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
