Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Miami IP litigation and patent prosecution practice. The role combines courtroom and contentious work with ongoing prosecution matters, advising clients across technology and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage teams of associates and paralegals, and develop client relationships while contributing to business development in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Bar admission and ability to practice in relevant federal courts
