The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage teams of associates and paralegals, and develop client relationships while contributing to business development in the region.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution
- Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Bar admission and ability to practice in relevant federal courts
