Senior IP partner role in a major international law firm’s New York office. The hire will lead and grow a multifaceted IP practice covering patent prosecution, licensing and high-stakes patent litigation.

Work includes Hatch-Waxman matters, ITC Section 337 investigations and contested patent litigation across technologies. The role involves case leadership, mentoring associates, and developing new client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level credentials in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Demonstrated experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation and ITC (Section 337) investigations
• Track record of client development and team leadership
• Active bar admission and scientific/technical background or significant patent experience
