Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Redwood City

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced intellectual property litigation partner to join its Redwood City (Silicon Valley) office. The role will focus on handling high-stakes IP disputes across technologies, leading trial and appellate matters, and advising sophisticated corporate clients.

The successful candidate will build and grow a regional IP litigation practice, mentor and manage associates, and work collaboratively with transactional and tech teams across offices. This is a partner-level role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent and related technology disputes
• Proven record of originating and growing client relationships and developing new business
• Demonstrated trial and appellate experience and ability to lead case teams
• Member in good standing of the California bar (or eligible for admission)
