Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join a well-established intellectual property litigation team in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on patent litigation matters handled in federal courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

The team represents sophisticated corporate and institutional clients on high-stakes disputes and seeks a partner who can lead litigation strategy, manage senior relationships, and contribute to growing the practice through business development.

• Proven track record in patent litigation and IP dispute work in federal court and PTAB proceedings
• Strong litigation skills including briefing, motion practice, discovery management, and trial experience
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
