Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property — Los Angeles

Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established intellectual property practice in the Los Angeles office of a well-regarded national firm. The role will focus on counseling clients across IP matters, including prosecution, enforcement and litigation strategy, and developing client relationships in the region.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, contribute to business development, and help expand the firm s market presence in technology and innovation-driven sectors. This is an opportunity to shape the practice and work on high-value, complex IP matters across the U.S.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property law, including prosecution and/or litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading matter teams
• Active bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer promptly
