Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Phoenix

Senior IP partner role based in Phoenix for an established national/international practice. The role will combine patent prosecution, licensing and contentious work across technology-driven matters.

Work will include managing patent portfolios and leading patent litigation and regulatory matters, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and ITC Section 337 investigations. The position requires a hands-on lawyer who can supervise teams and coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters.

Significant business-development responsibility: the partner will grow and cross-sell IP services within the broader firm platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation
• Experience handling Hatch-Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations preferred
• Strong leadership and client-development skills; ability to manage teams and originate work
