Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in San Francisco. The role will focus on high-stakes IP work, client development and matter leadership within a busy, nationally connected practice.

The successful candidate will take a visible role in case strategy and client management while growing and managing a book of business. The firm prefers to engage with candidates who are actively looking to move and who bring significant client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level IP litigation or prosecution experience
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Ability to lead teams and handle high-complexity matters
