Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property & Technology — Chicago

Opportunity for a partner to join and help lead an intellectual property and technology practice in the Chicago office of a nationally recognized firm. The role will focus on IP matters across telecommunications and life sciences sectors, working with cross‑office teams on client engagements.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, client‑facing partner who can originate and manage significant matters, contribute to business development, and mentor associates within the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in intellectual property and technology, with substantive work in telecommunications and/or life sciences
• Proven business development and client management track record
• Ability to lead engagements and develop more junior lawyers
