Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology — New York

Senior lateral role for an experienced IP partner to lead and grow technology-related matters from a major national practice. The role will focus on counseling clients across telecommunications and life sciences technology issues, handling transactional work, strategic counseling, and coordinating cross-practice teams.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team advising large corporate and growth-stage clients on patent, licensing, and technology-transfer matters, and will be relied upon to originate and develop business within the practice.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property with a technology focus, including telecom or life sciences matters
