Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a partner to join a well-established intellectual property and technology practice in Washington, D.C. The role will sit on a team that handles IP counseling, licensing and transactional matters across telecommunications and life‑sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate and execute high‑value work, and supervise associates on complex cross‑disciplinary matters. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and expand a national technology/IP platform from the D.C. office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner track record in IP transactions, licensing and technology counseling
• Experience with telecommunications and/or life sciences clients and matters
• Demonstrated business development, client relationship and team leadership skills
• Active bar admission (or ability to obtain) in Washington, D.C.
