Lateral Partner, International Trade

Seeking a partner to lead and grow an international trade practice focused on trade remedy litigation, trade policy and compliance. The role emphasizes anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters alongside advisory work on evolving tariff regimes and related regulatory change.

The successful candidate will join a US-based practice advising multinational and domestic clients on litigation before trade tribunals, responses to tariff developments, and internal compliance programs. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience handling anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) litigation and investigations
• Track record advising on trade policy issues and tariff-related regulatory developments
• Experience counseling clients on trade compliance programs and risk mitigation
• Established business-development skills and ability to lead a practice group
