Lateral Partner — IP & Healthcare Litigation, Milwaukee

Seeking a partner to join a well-established national firm’s Intellectual Property and Healthcare litigation team in Milwaukee. The role focuses on leading complex IP disputes and counseling life-sciences and healthcare clients on contentious matters.

The successful candidate will manage a team of litigators, develop client relationships across healthcare and life-sciences sectors, and collaborate with patent and regulatory colleagues on cross-disciplinary matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading IP litigation matters and developing client relationships
• Experience managing and mentoring associates on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
