Lateral Partner, Labour & Employment / Litigation — Halifax

Senior hire opportunity with a well-established regional firm focused on Atlantic Canada. The role will be based in Halifax with significant work across the Atlantic provinces and the ability to support national matters.

The firm is actively growing its Labour & Employment and Litigation capabilities and is seeking an experienced partner to strengthen and lead these practices in the region. The team handles management-side employment work alongside commercial litigation matters.

There is flexibility to create a role for the right candidate, and the firm has a track record of integrating laterals and growing practice lines through targeted hires and mergers.

• Portable book of business of $500K+ (USD)
• Established Labour & Employment and/or litigation practice with a demonstrable client base
• Proven ability to generate and manage regional client relationships across Atlantic Canada
