Leading national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin team. The role focuses on trial and appellate work across complex commercial disputes, with responsibility for case strategy, courtroom advocacy, and managing cross‑jurisdictional litigation teams.

This is a hands‑on leadership position that combines client relationship stewardship, originating and defending high‑value matters, and mentoring junior lawyers. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s US offices and have a visible role in business development and practice growth.
